Northwest Natural is the energy supplier for our gas water heaters and fireplaces. Please contact 1-800-422-4012 to set up your account. It is critically important to properly use and detect issues with gas supplied fixtures. Call NW Natural for a FREE fall service to light pilot lights, check water heaters and evaluate for gas for leaks. In the spring, a FREE re-visit call can be made to turn off the pilot light.
Oak Lodge Water Services (OLWS) provides for all Tri-Pacific Properties. Water bills are determined by Ratio Utility Billing Systems (RUBS) using your unit's square footage and occupancy data. Payment is made separately. This billing method provides residents with stable monthly water charges. Contact management for questions or OLWS to report supply issues.

For cable and internet service, Xfinity Comcast is predominantly utilized and can be contacted at 1-800-266-2278 to establish an account. Other providers may be available at tenant discretion. Externally fixed satellite dishes are not allowed.
